SCOPE OF WORK

Project consisted of an extensive survey process and wholesale deployment of a new Cisco VoIP Solution throughout the company’s 2,100 stores.

Project Deliverables:
Survey of all data assets and wiring in support of new deployments.
Remediation of cabling issues and running new cabling for new devices.
Extensive tone and tag in a highly complex and non-standardized environment.
Install complicated by non-standard and often complex overhead paging systems, night bell, analog fax, etc.
Configuration issues on first phones created need for extensive nightly troubleshooting with engineering support and testing.
